This is a belated entry, I had totally forgotten about this footage till recently lol.
I participated in the Slave Leia Gathering at San Diego Comic Con 2008 and G4 TV was present to shoot some footage of all of the Leias. I wasn't sure what the contest was all about, and it was optional, so many of us, including me, didn't enter and just hung out taking photos with people instead. lol

Also, I did an interview with the Canadian TV Show" Ed The Sock" about the experience of dressing up as Slave Leia. I haven't been able to get a footage from them, but the Tonight Show included me in their Comic Con coverage, and you can see Ed the Sock next to me. The Tonight Show footage was archived quickly but I grabbed a screen shot of it.

I performed at the Grand International Cosplay Ball 2009 in London, UK, as Disney's Mulan!

Grande Notte TV Appearance

While in Italy, I was invited by the TV Show Grande Notte on RAI channel, to appear in costume as a Guest and talk about myself and Cosplay. Grande Notte is a Late Night Talk Show equivalent to David Letterman or Jay Leno. They invite celebrities and politicians alike to discuss world issues, in the true sarcastic manner as only late night talk shows can manage.

I was afraid that they might make fun of cosplayers as the show is full of harsh humor, but instead I accepted an award (trophy and all!) for the sake of all cosplayers. The hosts Gene and Afef asked very interested questions about us. I was wearing Lum upon their request as this is a popular and known character in Italy. People who don't know Cosplay hopefully got the meaning of it at one glance.
I tried to emphazise on the fact that Cosplayers are fans and often are not trained or experienced in sewing, but that through their passion and love for the stories and characters, they create amazing things and often get interested in Fashion and Costume Design as careers. So really, Cospay promotes a positive feeling of creativity!
This was my first paid TV Show appearance and rather surreal and strange since it was in a foreign language O_O;. I was so scared of a wardrobe malfunction or tripping while coming down the stairs >_<, and because I had a mic on my ear to help me understand the questions posted, I have the delayed reaction that looks so charmingly idiot, woot ^^;.

Atomix Video Report on TNT GT - including footage from the weekend and an interview with the Cosplay Guests Giorgia, Adella, and myself.

I was cast as the Ninja Clan Chief in the film "Ninjas vs. Pirates"!. If you have the time, please check out all four Acts of the movie - they are hilarious and visually stunning!
