For those who thought I was going overboard by filing a lawsuit over something as seemingly trivial as cat ears - please understand that HSE imported over 50,000 pair of cat ears from Korea, sold almost 18,000 pairs since 2008, and made over $230,000USD. Still think cat ears are trivial?

 

I also want to re-iterate that I only took action again those who made substantially similar items to mine, and not all styles of cat ears.

 

So from here on you should not see any of this style plastic cat ears at conventions, unless they are at my booth or with licensed wholesale buyers from me. Anime Expo is coming up and I have been working non stop to prepare for it. I have a booth inside the Exhibit Hall, toward the front, row 500. The booth number is #522, and you will find my full line of cosplay items for sale, as well as photo prints and, for the first time at a con, the Cosplay For a Cause charity calendar!!! I am super stoked to be a part of this project, which was thought up and put together by my friend Riddle. The 12-month calendar (2012) features 18 cosplayers from around the world, in brand new never before seen images. All proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross benefiting the Tsunami victims in Japan.
